1. Scope
This policy covers numarket.us and the forms on it. Client data we process under a contract is covered by that contract and its Data Processing Addendum, not by this policy.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: your name, work email, phone, company, role, and anything you type into a form (for example company size, systems you use, or your estimate).
Information collected automatically: aggregated, cookieless page analytics (such as pages viewed and approximate region). We do not build advertising profiles.
3. How we use it
To reply to you, run your Readiness Check, prepare proposals, and improve the Site. We use your contact details to follow up about your request, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
4. We don't sell your information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies
The Site's analytics are cookieless. If we ever add cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we'll update this policy and ask where required.
6. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the Site and our business — website hosting, analytics, form storage, email, and scheduling. They may process information only on our instructions.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
10. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

We're based in the United States and store information here.
