Foundation or Workspace or Engineering?

Foundation cleans data that's already digital. Workspace is the app every client gets. Engineering builds what doesn't exist yet — including getting from paper to digital.

Foundation

Cleans data that's already digital

We connect the systems and spreadsheets you already use, clean and match what's in them, and keep it updated in your private database.

Monthly. Priced by how many sources you have.

Workspace

Configured, not built

We pick from a library we've already built — dashboard layouts, input-screen templates, Ask Your Data, alerts, report layouts — and point it at your data.

Fast. Included in the monthly price. Maintained by us.

Engineering

Built from scratch, for you alone

Getting from paper to digital with phone forms or scanning, a crew-scheduling app, an automation that posts approved change orders into QuickBooks, a portal your customers sign into.

Priced as a project: from $5,000, or $175/hr.

How it works

Scroll through it.

App 1 · Paper to digital

Paper logs become data.

Supers fill in a phone form instead of a paper log — or scan the logs you already have. Every entry lands in your clean table and the dashboard updates.

App 2 · Scheduler

Schedule crews against the budget.

Drag a crew onto a job and see labor cost and finish date before you commit. Built around one company's crews, rates, and jobs.

App 3 · Write-back

Approved change orders post themselves.

Approve once in the app. It posts to QuickBooks and the job budget updates. Nobody types it twice.

App 4 · Estimate builder

Bids from your own past jobs.

Pick the size and complexity. The price comes from what similar jobs really cost you, not a blank spreadsheet.

App 5 · Client portal

Customers check status themselves.

A branded page where each owner sees progress and the next milestone — straight from your clean data.

Try the apps

Paper to digital, and four custom apps.

A phone form replaces the paper — or scan the paper you have. Either way it lands in your clean table. Custom app example · Sample data

FAQ

Questions.

We still run a lot on paper. Where do we start?

With the paper that matters most. We replace it with a simple phone form, or scan what you already have, so it lands in a clean table. That's a fixed-price Engineering project. Once your data is digital, Foundation takes over.

Can you rebuild a report we already send?

Yes. Your current report's layout and numbers become the spec. If our standard report block covers it, it's part of Workspace. If it needs a new layout, it's a small Engineering project.

Can you work in our cloud?

Yes. We build inside your Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks.

How is it priced?

A fixed quote per project after a short scoping call, from $5,000. Small open-ended work is $175/hr.

Do we need a plan to buy Engineering?

No. It's available on its own or on top of any plan.

How ready is your data?
